Rosemary Fromson RPC, MPCC-S is a Registered Professional Counsellor (RPC), Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) and holds the clinical supervisor endorsement (MPCC-S) as a Qualified Clinical Supervisor. Rosemary is the current National President for the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, past Director for BC, an Instructor and Lead Subject Matter Expert/Curriculum Developer in Stenberg College’s Counselling Therapist Diploma Program. She has been in Private Practice for 21 years.
For the past 21 years Rosemary has worked with many women and men who have been traumatized, as well as extensive work in the addiction field. Rosemary began her practice, Illuminating Counselling Services, in a northern region in 1998 and relocated to Abbotsford in 2006. Her practice is open to individuals, couples, victims of crime, and other EAP referrals.
She is a seasoned facilitator and Public speaker. She has spoken on a variety of topics including Traumatic Brian Injury(TBI), and PTSD, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Anger, Addictions, Transition to Caregiver, Borderline Personality, Grief and Loss, How to Build your Practice, and Communication.
Rosemary’s passion for dreams started early in life. Once adopted, she had many nightmares for many years. As she became an adult she wanted to know more about dreams and read many books and articles to help her resolve her own dreams. After becoming a Counsellor, Rosemary was able to incorporate client’s dreams into their sessions. It is her desire to have people learn to understand their own symbols so they can find answers to their questions.
John Tamiazzo, PhD has offered his life-changing programs at colleges, universities, churches, retreat centers, and professional organizations throughout California, Washington, Canada, Norway at the Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology, and now on Zoom!
John taught for Santa Barbara City College for over 20 years, offering a variety of Consciousness Psychology classes, Health and Wellness workshops, and Love and Intimacy seminars. In addition, he taught For the University of California Santa Barbara Counseling Certification Program for 15 years: Counseling Skills; and the History, Evolution, and Practice of Counseling and Psychotherapy.
His distinguished professional background includes positions as Program Director for three Community Mental Health and Research Centers in Southern California, and Executive Director for two Brain Injury Facilities in Central California. John has certified hundreds of mental health and health professionals in his training program, Creative Applications of Imagery: Using the Mind & Imagination in the Process of Healing.
John has presented his research on Dreams to the Santa Barbara Marriage and Family Therapy Association, offered Dream classes to the San Luis Obispo Adult School, and courses on Jungian Dream Interpretation for World University, Ojai California.
